1) Redesign sign to improve proportions between upper panel and reader board vs. pole or foundation; 2) Study location of sign placement - it may be more advantageous for it to be centered in the landscape bed fronting Kinsman as opposed to where it is currently proposed; 3) Consider a monument style sign - the pole sign is out of character for the plaza; 4) Study the legibility of information "Sunshine Cafe" - current placement, font, colors don't read well; 5) Insure that material for sign base match building. |
